General By accessing our website and placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment All prices are listed in GBP. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment must be completed before dispatch.

Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Product Care Jewellery is delicate. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals, or general wear and tear.
